What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition.

How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different product or size.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Are there items that can't be returned?
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective.

Processing Times

Standard Processing: 1-2 business days

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Peak Season Note: During holidays and major sales events, processing may take 2-3 business days.

United States (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after shipment

International Shipping

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 10-21 business days
  • Other Countries: 14-28 business days

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the US. International orders are shipped via USPS International or DHL.
